Incyte has granted Gen İlaç exclusive five-year rights to register, market and distribute Niktimvo (axatilimab) in Türkiye and Opzelura (ruxolitinib cream) in Türkiye and Azerbaijan.

Why this matters
Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri, listed in Istanbul as GENIL, disclosed on 12 October 2026 through KAP, Türkiye's public disclosure platform, that it had signed a supply and distribution agreement with Incyte Biosciences International Sàrl on 9 October. Gen İlaç receives exclusive registration, sales, marketing and distribution rights for Niktimvo (axatilimab) in Türkiye and for Opzelura (ruxolitinib) in Türkiye and Azerbaijan. Each term runs five years from the first commercial sale in each market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Both products are recent US launches. Niktimvo is an anti-CSF-1R antibody approved in the US for chronic graft-versus-host disease after failure of at least two prior lines of systemic therapy. Opzelura is a topical JAK inhibitor cream approved for atopic dermatitis and non-segmental vitiligo. Incyte has chosen not to build its own affiliate for these products in Türkiye and is relying on a local specialty partner to register and launch them instead.
