Our analysis
Why this matters
Oman's newest sterile manufacturer is doing what utilization economics demand — exporting plant capability. The certified insight is capacity headroom: Dhofar's RO 15M, 22,000 sqm Raysut plant (opened Sept 2024; German technology; built to US FDA and EMA standards) has capacity for 15M IV-solution units + 2.3M dialysis units annually against Omani demand of ~5M units — i.e., roughly 3x domestic absorption.
An oncology factory partnership fills that headroom with higher-margin products. First locally made IV/dialysis solutions only reached the market in February 2026 — this company is weeks into commercialization and already diversifying into oncology.
