Why this matters

China's Keymed Biosciences (HKEX: 2162) has granted Aeira Pte. Ltd. an exclusive licence to register and commercialise stapokibart (Kangyueda, CM310) in 18 markets: all 11 Southeast Asian countries, five Central Asian states and Hong Kong and Macao. Keymed receives an undisclosed upfront payment, per-country approval and commercial milestones, and royalties of up to a high double-digit percentage of net sales. Keymed keeps manufacturing and supply. The deal was disclosed in a voluntary announcement on 2 September 2026.
